The staff were absolutely perfect and kept the place fairly clean. the rooms were brand-new and exceptional, had smoke detectors for safety. the view was exceptional, the service was excellent.

Nothing too much trouble, I had a great stay and would like to stay longer. Everything was GOOD, modern hotel, the location was magnificent just off restaurants and bars, historic sites and Marjanishvalli metro station. Good service, though a few employees were very rude.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the main metro station and situated in a quiet area. We were able to easily explore the city using the Marjanishvalli metro station, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby to satisfy our cravings. The hotel provided excellent service, including room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. We were impressed with the amenities available in our room, such as the ironing facilities, in-room safe, and dining table. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and comfortable night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. we highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The room interior was astonishing, with clean towels, beddings, and a pristine bathroom. The hotel's location was perfect, close to all the tourist spots, and it felt safe to walk around even at night. I also enjoyed hearing the church bells ringing opposite the hotel. The staff were okay as well. I would recommend this hotel for its wonderful ambiance and convenient location.

Great location in a quiet area, close to the main metro station and easy to find. Good variety at breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and well equipped, and the minibar was well stocked. the complimentary parking and Wi-Fi were a bonus.
There were a few negative aspects that we didn't like. the rooms were quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around and store our luggage.
